No much going on!

We have had no excitement the last few days in this household! Homework with Cade has been our biggest challange. He just does not have any desire to do it. Reading, no desire! Hope it clicks soon because this momma is getting super frustrated with him not working hard & pushing himself to learn more.
The little socialite in the house (Kinley) has a very busy weekend this weekend. She has 2 birthday parties & a girls night to the movies. Busy, busy!
Daniel on the otherhand has been rapped up in the World Series this week. He's like a kids in a candy store!
Will post more later when there is some news of our life!

Fell off the wagon! & Happy Halloween!

Ok so I have offically fallen off the blog wagon. But, my life is not that intersting & I'm sure pretty much nobody reads this. Anyways it's a daily scrapbook of my family & our life. I hope to have it printed some day & my kids can read about some of the little things they might forget.

We had a great weekend Trick or Treating with some great friends. We had a nice little dinner & rounded the block to let the kids gather some candy. They had a blast! I think they had more fun handing out the candy than receiving it!

Daniel got a wild hair this weekend too & bought me a new car!!! I don't have it yet but will get it later this week! We got another Acadia (a white one)! I really loved my car & was not looking to buy but we got a good deal & it has leather (thank goodness! That is a must with kids!!!!!)

Today was a GREAT day!!

We had a great day today! Started off with having a day off! The kids slept in (so therefore I took advantage of that & slept in too!) Watched a little news, got dressed & we went to the movies. It was pouring down rain so therefore our swimming plans went out the window!

We went to see Ice Age 3 in 3D. I was a pretty cute movie. I haven't seen a movie in 3D in a long time & it was pretty cool.

Super Summer 2009

I have posted a lot of pictures from the past month. Things that we have done during the month of June are Super Summer, VBS @ Nana's Church (FBC), Cade pulling his first tooth, both of them in a wedding, Kinley's state softball tournament, Cade learning to ride his bike without training wheels, enjoying the outdoors & eating plums off our tree.

Summer is here!!

Summer is officially here!! I'm so happy now that we can enjoy going to the pool, eat snowcones, and just relax. We have had a busy couple of weeks since the kids have been out of school. Kinley went to Camp Jam with Indian Springs Church the week before last & had a blast! They rent out Family Farm & do paddle boats, archery, go fishing, horseback riding, etc. She had so much fun! Last week she sent to Super Summer through the Benton School District and her classed included, "A Week on Ice" & "Science Alive".

Cade learned to ride his bike last weekend all by himself! One of the training wheels was broken off so he decided to break the other one off & just try with the metal post sticking out. By the time his daddy got home & was ready for them to come off & try it without training wheels!! He did so great! I was super proud of him! (I will post pictures later!!)

This week the kids went to Bible School @ FBC (Nana & Papa's church) between that & softball practice for Kinley we have had an extremely busy week. The kids are in a wedding this weekend & we will be heading out to the State Tournament (for Kinley) once they fulfill their wedding duties.

Another milestone we hit this week is Cade pulled his first tooth!!! He has another one that is about to come out too! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer & have a great Father's Day weekend! (Promise I will post pics soon!!)

Busy weekend

We had a busy weekend this past Memorial Day weekend. It started Friday with my little boy graduating from preschool! I cannot believe he will start kindergarten this fall! Where has the time gone? Then Saturday Kinley had a softball tournament in Cabot. It was really fun! They got 3rd place! The rest of the weekend consisted of hanging out around the house & not doing much of nothing due to the rain. I'm so ready for a pretty weekend this weekend, maybe we can hit the pool!!!
